When manifesting our dreams it’s important to stay in a high vibration. The universe delivers when we are open to receive and that requires some work on our part. It’s not easy to stay in a high vibration all the time, but there are some strategies to help us along the way.
- Be Grateful. Start each morning by reciting all the things you are grateful for. Esther Hicks calls this a Rampage of Appreciation. You can also be grateful for the things that haven’t shown up yet. “I am grateful for the opportunities that come my way.” I am grateful that I am living my purpose of helping people” Write these down and recite them for 30 days straight to alert the universe of the things you really want,
- Envision your future self and the things you want to manifest as your reality. Take the time to imagine what your future self might look like, feel like and be doing. Think of the feelings that this bring s you. Are you joyful, blissful? Imagine yourself sitting on the porch of the new home you want to manifest. How does your coffee taste? Can you feel the breeze blowing as you sip your coffee on your new porch?
- Meditate. There are so many different kinds of meditation. Whether it’s 5 minutes of stillness to soft music or a more intentional meditation, these moments of calm will help you center, and allow you to attract more from a place of groundedness. At every AWE seminar we take meditation breaks between each PEACE of the curriculum to help us to align with our higher selves and receive the best of Flory’s teachings.
- Move your body. Dance. Do yoga or just stretch! Keep the energy flowing through your body so that you don’t stay stagnant. Endorphins help to raise your vibration as they can help relieve pain, reduce stress and improve your sense of well-being.
- Engage in something you love. In this fast-paced world, many of us are hyper focused on productivity and making a living so much that we forget to do the things that bring us joy. Instead we may neglect the time for hobbies. Whether it’s making music, spending time with high vibrational friends, visiting an art museum or painting, we have to make time to nurture our own gifts and do more of what brings us joy.
